Administrative WIN!
One of our members received a traffic ticket. He came up with an affidavit with negative statements to which he entitled "Affidavit of Errors". A copy of which is on our private side of this site. After he made the affidavit of errors, which contained negative averments pertaining to the fact that no evidence was brought forth that he was accessing his right of way commercially. The judge drafted him and re-drafted him as they normally do to trip you up or see what you know, but did not trip up our friend. Trial was set and when our friend returned the judge had to dismiss all charges because the officer just happened to not be in the "jurisdiction" that day. Keep up the good work!!
